CFM Charter

CFM Charter allows you to draw up contracts in a few steps and automatically create invoices. Easily conduct laytime calculations, forecast earnings from charter agreements and execute post calculations.

• Charter invoices now include a Hire Count field that automatically numbers hire invoices within a contract, making sequential invoice tracking easier when creating exports.

CFM Crewing

CFM Crewing is your one-stop solution to handle all crew-related tasks centrally and in an intuitive way. From master data management of seafarers, planning the crews on board as well as their relief, the management of working and rest hours of the crew up to managing payrolls, everything can be done in one single solution.

• Intermediate performance reports can now be generated during a seafarer's assignment, enabling performance to be reviewed at the halfway point rather than only at the end of the assignment.
• Seafarer contracts can now be exported as PDF in addition to Word, with separate permissions available for each format. PDF exports provide a fixed document format that helps prevent subsequent changes to signed contracts.
• Seafarer cards in the Vessel Requirements view now display the expiry dates of matching documents, with colour coding highlighting upcoming expirations. This helps crew planners identify potential compliance gaps directly when reviewing vessel requirements.
• Assignment and contract wage dialogs now display only the paycodes selected in the paycode matrix, reducing unnecessary options and making relevant pay items easier to find.
• Administrators can now choose whether flight costs are visible to seafarers in the Crew Portal, providing greater control over which ticket information is shared with crew.
• Seafarer Settings now include dedicated Performance and Assignments sections, allowing administrators to manage options such as performance reports, future company assignments, automatically generated availability and overlap checks directly within CFM instead of requiring Helpdesk support.
• Filipino Variable Contributions can now be managed using standard deduction paycodes. Deduction paycodes can be designated as Filipino Variable Contributions, replacing the separate Variable Contribution Types list and bringing these contributions into the existing paycode structure.
• Figures for default payroll positions can now be entered directly in Grid View even when no splitting has been created, reducing the need to open individual positions when preparing payroll.
• The Bulk Crew Change dialog now separates on-signers and off-signers into dedicated tabs, making it easier to review and manage joining and leaving crew during bulk crew changes.
• Administrators can now manage document-related settings directly in a new General settings section, including how missing documents and crew changes are handled, without needing to contact the Helpdesk.
• Custom flight tickets can now include the ticket number, luggage allowance and refundable percentage, allowing additional travel information to be recorded directly within CFM.
• New optional notifications can alert shore users when assignment or payroll remarks are updated on board. Payroll remark notifications also provide a direct link to the relevant payslip, helping office teams review vessel updates without having to check individual records manually.
• Additional earnings and deductions entered through Grid View can now be deleted directly from the payslip, making it easier to correct payroll entries when required.

CFM Inspections & Audits

CFM Inspections & Audits lets you easily prepare and manage pending inspections. With extensive planning features and the option to create templates for your questionnaires, CFM Inspections & Audits makes sure that you are always best prepared for upcoming inspections and have a complete overview of all tasks.

• The KPI Report now presents each indicator in a dedicated tab instead of a filter dropdown, making it quicker to switch between indicators and compare results.

CFM Inventory

CFM Inventory allows you to keep track of all equipment, materials or supplies in stock on individual vessels. To enhance clarity, you can easily define various storage locations on board your vessels and categorise your stock, either by using pre-defined categories from settings or by simply specifying your own on the fly.

• Vessel stores are now displayed in a hierarchical tree structure matching the structure used in CFM Maintenance, with items showing their full store path to make the correct storage location easier to identify.

CFM Maintenance

CFM Maintenance allows you to plan your maintenance work centrally, precisely and according to your requirements. It gives you full visibility of your fleet status and lets you regain control over the maintenance jobs of your fleet.

• Counter readings now include activity logging and a dedicated view for reviewing recorded activities, providing greater traceability of counter-reading changes.
• The Overdue Report can now be filtered by open and completed overdue jobs, making it easier to focus reporting on outstanding work or review previously overdue jobs.

CFM Pharmacy

CFM Pharmacy lets you manage and administrate all medication on board easily and comfortably. The app enables you to inventory all medicine on board, records who has received what kind of medication and also tracks expiration dates.

• The ATC code list used when recording medicines has been updated to the latest available version, keeping available medicine classifications aligned with current standards.

CFM Purchase

CFM Purchase provides you with all sections of the purchasing process at one point in an intelligently structured manner, gives you full control over your budgets and allows your suppliers to work directly with this information. Thanks to an intuitive dashboard that features the most relevant information and upcoming tasks, CFM Purchase always focuses on what is important and streamlines the complete purchasing workflow.

• The price comparison now allows users to adjust quantities and unit prices and split line items across suppliers before placing an order, providing greater flexibility when comparing offers and finalising purchasing decisions.
• A new **Force Close** option allows partly open requisitions and their related inquiries, orders and approvals to be closed in one step when enabled in Purchase Settings.
• A new **Send All Inquiries** option allows approved inquiries to be sent in one action, either through bulk transmission or by opening each email in sequence for review, reducing repetitive work when contacting multiple suppliers.
• File attachments can now be added to catalogue folders in Purchase Settings and made available for every item within the folder when viewing requisitions, reducing the need to add the same supporting files repeatedly.
• Suppliers can now edit HS Codes directly when entering quotations when enabled in Purchase Settings, allowing this information to be captured as part of the quotation process.
• Catalogues can now restrict requisition items to a single folder, helping organisations control which catalogue items can be selected for a requisition.
• The Order Budget Overview now shows every budget used within an order, grouped across Order, Items and Additional Items budgets, providing a clearer overview of financial allocations.

CFM Risk Assessment

CFM Risk Assessment enables you to organise your risk assessment digitally and minimise manual effort. Determine probabilities and implications of unwanted incidents and allocate danger levels to every thinkable situation on board. Be on the safe side concerning insurances. With our modular design, you can create and assess any number of operations.

• Operations Reports can now be exported to Excel, grouped by operation with expandable vessel records for easier review and further use of the data.
• Risk Assessments can now be marked as **critical**, making high-priority assessments easier to identify and prioritise.
• Current and historical Risk Assessments can now be exported to Excel with active filters applied, making selected assessment records easier to share or use for further reporting.
• Current and historical Risk Assessment lists now support filtering by text, rank, vessel, review date and confirmation date, making specific assessments easier to locate.

CFM Users

The Users module serves for administrating and maintaining CFM users and CFM Partner Portal users. You can easily create new user profiles, authorize users to use certain apps and assign responsibilities.

• Build series can now be used as vessel roles, allowing administrators to grant users access to all vessels within the same build series in one assignment.
